The first piece of advice I got was to develop a habit, so in this post I will share with you how I did it step by step.

Step 1: I decided on a day when something reminds me of myself, apart from that all the days are good and not too busy.

Step 2: On that day, let me imagine what my life would be like if I was not running. The day of the week and the day of the month that it is on my calendar I can see a number of questions. Most importantly, What am I doing right now? Am I productive? Am I killing time? Are there things that need to be done? In each case, my answer is always different.
