Mohanlal mohanlal calls Made in India aircraft carrier Vikrant an engineering marvel
Chennai 7 August (IANS) Malayalam superstar Mohanlal who was given the opportunity to tour India’s premier Indigenous Aircraft Carrier (IAC), IAC Vikrant, has declared the battleship “a real technological masterpiece” and expressed his wish to always win.
On Instagram to write his thoughts on his visit on the air carrier Mohanlal wrote: “Honoured to be onboard India’s first Indigenous Aircraft Carrier (IAC) that is soon to be launched as Vikrant built at the Cochin Shipyard Limited, Kerala.
“After 13 years of hard-working construction the ship sets sail an engineering marvel that strengthens the Indian Navy and speaks volumes about the capabilities of India’s shipbuilding industry.
“I am grateful for this amazing opportunity, particularly for the commanding officer the Commodore Vidhyadhar Harke VSM as well as Madhu Nair, Chairman and Director at Cochin Shipyard Limited, for their warm welcome.
“Witnessing the incomparable characteristics of this powerful machine compels me to resolutely salute everyone who is who are behind IAC Vikrant, the wonder. I wish her to always win at the sea!”
